Options and Features: How to use this website
Menus
There are various menus on this site. All pages and posts will show the main menu. Certain posts and pages have specialized menus.
Series such as RAD/Section 18 have navigation menus on their pages and post. You will find these menus on the sidebars. Clicking on a title will take you that article. The navigation menus work for the series they are attached to. Articles not in the series do not carry the menu.
TopBar Menu
Above the main menu area is the top bar. Look at the top of this page, you will see it. This is another way to do a category search. The difference is that this menu has the top 3 searched categories. Use the category search function found elsewhere to search through all categories.
Series articles
The first installment of a series is open to the public. Anyone can read the entire post. Each additional post requires membership. Membership is free and easy to execute.
Non-Series Articles
Non-series articles are open to the public. These articles usually cover one subject. Note: This may change because of Brute Force attacks against the site. If that happens membership to the website will be required.
Categories of Interest
This is a shortlist of article categories. Consider this a primer to get you started.

- This category of articles deals with the myths and facts of real estate.
- Example: I can change the locks and not give the owner a key.
- True Crimes in Real Estate
- True stories about real estate crimes that you need to know about.

- This set of true-life stories asks what would you do in the given situation.
- Rental Information for owners and tenants
- The place where owners and tenants make the greatest mistake in real estate is rentals. How is your knowledge of real estate rental?
- Is this statement correct: “Programs Welcome” is a great way to attract program tenants.

- Follow the remaining directions
- After Check Out you will receive a confirmation email.
- Note: Clicking on a post requiring membership will take you to the sign-up page.
Email Notification
Email Notification is for those who want new post notification only. This does not allow access to all articles. Full Membership does.
To sign up for email membership
- Go to the footer of any post or page.
- Locate the Email Notification Signup
- Enter the requested information.
- Click on the agreement.
- Click on Keep Me Informed.
Note: Some pages and posts have a pop-up located towards the bottom of the page that does the same thing. This is not the same as the “Send Us A Message” feature.
Sharing couldn’t be easier. You can share this site on social network sites such as Facebook, Google+, and Pinterest to name a few. More networks will be added as they become available. Locations for sharing are conveniently located, just look and it’s there.
If the Share Bar is not present move your cursor to the left side of the page. You should see one or two arrows pointing towards the page. Click on the arrows to make the Share Bar appear.
To hide the Share Bar move your cursor below the last icon. One of two arrows will appear pointing away from the page. Click on the arrows and the Share Bar will disappear.
Note: There is a share bar at the bottom of all posts. Click on the buttons to see the associated program.
Share an image by clicking on it. Go ahead try it; it’s really easy. Changed your mind about sharing that image, click anywhere on the page and the link will disappear. Poof
You can share the image two ways, with or without an excerpt from the article. To share without an excerpt hover over the image. Next click on the icon. This will open the sharing program, in this case, Pinterest. Login to your account and share the image.
Sharing with an excerpt
To share with an excerpt click and hold on to the image until the excerpt appears. Next click on the icon. This will open the sharing program, in this case, Pinterest. Login to your account and share the image.
Note: This works with images tied to an article. It will not work with an image tied to a function or feature.
