In The Public Eye

Previous Service

In The Public Eye continues the mission of FRNY but with a range of other topics.
I created FRNY to deliver information on real estate. The topics were chosen based on the amount of help they could be to you, the reader.

Since the closing of Frazier Realty of New York Inc., we can no longer refer to the company in any real estate article. Therefore all references to Frazier Realty of New York Inc. have been removed. But the articles remain. We believe that these articles serve a purpose. That purpose is to help you become a better consumer in the real estate market.

In The Public Eye will continue to produce high-quality informational articles on real estate when possible. But the scope of our posts has changed. We are producing articles on other subjects of importance. Check us out today.

Goals

The goal of In The Public Eye is to provide information and a forum for discussion of items we feel need attention. To bring about a call to action and in the process change thinking.

Subjects covered

Some of the subjects we are working on include:

  • Real Estate
  • Politics
  • New York City Housing
  • NYC Traffic
  • Crime and Punishment
  • and more.

How we do what we do

We are not reporters. In The Public Eye instead researches items that catch our attention. We question the why of an event. Understanding or questioning the why of something can expose the truth about what is really going on. I know that sounds confusing so I will give you a quick example.

About Us: Questioning the Why

In an article entitled Part 2 NYCHA Continues to Evict Family Members Not on Leases the writing of the article raised more questions. The search for the answer to the “why” led to a deal the city of New York made the affects thousands but few know about. This deal could mean the end of public housing as we know it. It also answered the question of why NYCHA is working hard to evict tenants.
