The Supreme Court No Longer The Last Word

The Supreme Court No Longer The Last Word

Supreme Court Fails

Supreme Court Fail: The Texas Abortion Ban

The Supreme Court’s decision in the Texas Abortion case continues to divide the country.

The dishonorable Five have decided that states can make decisions on policy even if the court ruled on the issue decades ago.
This ruling means that any state can ignore the Supreme Court’s ruling and do its own thing.

But there is another result of this ruling. The ruling renders the court a dysfunctional body.

Any decision that the court has made. And will make, can be overturned by any state. All that is needed is the desire to disagree with the Supreme Court decision.

Supreme Court Fail: Reversal Roe V. Wade?

As stated above, the Supreme Court continues to march down the road to oblivion. In his draft, Justice Alito Jr. used the flawed logic that if it’s not in the constitution. Then it’s not protected. Based on this logic the following is not protected and then some.

  • Gay rights
  • Voting Right for Women and others
  • Equal Pay
  • Interracial Marriages. (Oh, oh, Clarence Thomas this means you)
  • Civil Rights
  • Equal education
  • Equal housing
  • The abolishment of slavery
  • Gone is the modified Second Amendment that the NRA and others like to quote.
    • Yeah, you lose too.

And the list goes on and on.

The Five

Read what the Conservative 5 said about Roe v. Wade in their confirmation processes. And why we cannot trust them or the court to protect our rights again.

What conservative justices said — and didn’t say — about Roe at their confirmations.

The Worse Is Yet To Come

So for all those black and brown people applauding the end of Roe v. Wade you are also applauding the end of all the rights you now enjoy. Correction this includes anyone who enjoys rights that were granted by court rulings.

All a state has to do is disagree with past Supreme Court decisions and your ass is done. Congrats, you destroyed your own life.

Riddle Me This

Do we need the Supreme Court? The answer is a resounding No. The court itself has shown us that they are superfluous. This is a shame because the justices that have the true purpose of the court in mind are now out of a job.

At least on the federal level, maybe they will come and work on the state level. Thereby continuing to protect us from bad actors. Aka the Trump and McConnel republicans.

Crush The Trump and McConnel Republicans

Vote and vote en masse. We can no longer depend on the Supreme Court to protect our rights. So now, more than ever, get out the Vote. Stop The Trump and McConnell Republicans.

This is not to say that all Republicans should be despised. Just the ones that embrace Trump and McConnell.

Just saying.
